Terms of sale
1. Who you are contracting with
Stallion For Construction and Manufacturing LLC, commercial registration 205211, Apt. 7, Building 27, Abdel Hamid Lotfy St., Dokki, Giza. OMEGA is its furniture brand. See legal seller identity.
2. What these terms cover
They apply to every order placed through this website by a consumer. They do not apply to business-to-business purchases: if you are buying as a tax-registered business and need a tax invoice in the company's name, do not use the website checkout — email info@stallion-cm.com and we will handle it as a manual sale.
3. How an order is formed
- You place an order and pay.
- You receive an automatic acknowledgement. This is not acceptance. It confirms we received the order.
- We accept your order when we send written confirmation that we are putting it into production or preparing it for dispatch. The contract is formed at that point.
We may decline an order before acceptance — for example if a piece is not actually available, if a price was displayed wrongly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline, we refund you in full.
4. Prices
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include VAT at 14%. Cart and checkout show the pre-VAT amount and the included VAT before the total.
Delivery, installation and measurement charges are shown separately before you pay, or quoted in writing for quote-led work.
Pricing errors. If a price is obviously wrong — an order of magnitude out, a decimal in the wrong place — and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price. We will tell you promptly. We will not use this to escape ordinary discounts or to reprice work we have already accepted.
5. The three ways we sell
Direct purchase. In stock or built to a standard specification. You pay in full at checkout.
Configured. You choose size, timber, finish or upholstery. Built to that configuration after payment. Lead times are shown on the product.
Quote-led. Fitted and commissioned work — kitchens, dressing rooms, libraries, canopy beds. These are not bought at checkout. You request a consultation, we measure, and you receive a written specification and price before anything is committed. See made-to-order deposits.
6. Payment
Payment is by card or another electronic method offered at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.
We do not see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by our payment provider.
Made-to-order and fitted work may require a deposit with the balance before dispatch or installation — the deposits policy sets this out.
7. Lead times and delivery
Lead times shown on a product are working estimates from order acceptance, not guarantees, because timber moves and finishing cannot be rushed without harming the piece. If a lead time will be materially exceeded, we tell you and you may cancel that item and take a refund.
Delivery terms are in the delivery policy.
8. Your right to cancel and return
See cancellation and returns and refunds. In short: 14 days from receipt to return a standard piece without a reason, 30 days for a defective one, and made-to-order pieces conforming to your approved specification are excepted from the no-reason right.
9. Warranty
Every piece is covered by the warranty, in addition to your statutory rights.
10. Natural materials
Our pieces are made from solid timber, stone, leather, linen and rush. Grain, figure, colour and veining vary between pieces and between a photograph and the piece you receive. Timber continues to move with humidity. Stone has natural fissures and colour variation.
This variation is the material, not a defect, and it is not a ground for return as faulty. It does not affect your right to return a standard piece within 14 days for any reason, or none.
11. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for:
- damage caused by misuse, alteration, or failure to follow the care instructions supplied with the piece;
- damage from placing a piece in unsuitable conditions — direct sun, standing water, unventilated damp;
- delay or failure caused by something genuinely outside our control.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Law.
12. Complaints
Email info@stallion-cm.com, or call +20 109 307 8445 between 09:00 and 18:00, Sunday to Thursday. We acknowledge emailed complaints within two working days.
If we cannot resolve it, you may complain to the Consumer Protection Agency — hotline 19588, or cpa.gov.eg.
13. Governing law
Egyptian law governs these terms and any dispute arising from them, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes a protection available to you as a consumer.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We keep dated previous versions and will provide the applicable version on request.
